Student Household Information

Family and household information are required to help us steward those who have made this  EGGstravaganza possible. Every student who wishes to participate must complete this form as it finalizes each RSVP. 

Here is what registered students and families can expect:

  • The opportunity to participate in an age-specific Easter Egg Hunt with over 10,000 filled Easter Eggs. 
  • The opportunity to receive an Easter Basket filled with goodies.
  • The opportunity to receive a 25-pound grocery and snack bag.
  • Every registered student will enjoy a ready-to-eat- meal barbequed by our friends at the Stockton Host Lion's Club.

Schedule of Events

10:00 amCheck-In & Waitlist Lines Open

What to expect when you check-in:

1. Please bring your ticket or confirmation email to check-in.
2. Students and parents can arrive as early as they want, however, they will not be able to participate in any activity until their registered time.
3. Please be checked in 30 minutes before your registered time. If you miss your registered time, we cannot guarantee your child a spot in another time slot, but we will certainly do our best to accommodate.
4. Students will receive a colorful bag for their Easter Egg Hunt. Baskets or backpacks will not be allowed.
5. Give yourself time when it comes to parking. Due to the number of families participating, we expect a full parking lot.
6. Families in the Waitlist Line will be registered and accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

11:00 amEaster Egg Hunt Begins

10:45 am | Students will begin heading to the field for their Easter Egg Hunt which is separated by age group.

11:00 am | Based on your student's ticket type, students will be lined up by age before the Easter Egg Hunts begin. Once the Easter Egg Hunt begins, students will be able to collect as many eggs as they can in their participant bags. Every student will receive the same-sized bag.

11:15 am | After the Easter Egg Hunt, students will be ushered over to the Easter Basket area where they will receive a pre-filled Easter Basket and 25-pound grocery/snack bag.

11: 20 am | Before exiting, individuals with wristbands will receive a ready-to-eat meal prepared by the Stockton Host Lions Club.

11:30 amEaster Egg Hunt Begins

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the event take place?

  • Ronald E. McNair High School - Football Field; 9550 Ronald E. McNair Way, Stockton, CA 95210

Does my child need to bring an Easter basket?

  • No. Oasis will provide a colorful bag for students to collect Easter Eggs during the egg hunt.

Is there a limit to how many eggs my kids can get?

  • Yes. Every student will receive the same colorful bag to collect Easter eggs. Once the bag is full, the students will be directed to a table where they will receive their meal tickets.

What happens if I can't attend with my students?

  • All students must check in with an adult. If you are unable to attend, you will need to email us with the name of the individual who will be bringing your student(s). 

Will I be able to receive groceries if I do not have a child registered?

  • Unfortunately, no. Our Easter Drive-Thru Distribution will be on Saturday, April 1st behind Oasis City Center. Anyone in need of food assistance is encouraged to attend that community blessing. 

How do the meal tickets work?

  • Every ticket will have a total RSVP count attached to it (based on the last question of the Student Household Information form). Every student will be allocated that many meal tickets. Only one meal per ticket will be allowed.

Can I pick up an Easter Basket for my kids if they are unable to attend?

  • Unfortunately, no. This event will have a waitlist and is designed to be an on-site experience for those in attendance. We apologize in advance but if your student cannot attend, please let us know so we can open up the waitlist.

What if my kids don't go to school in San Joaquin County?

  • As much as we want to bless every student possible, this event is geared toward local students. At the time of registration, you will be required to list your student's school.

Will there be other events in the future?

  • Yes! Oasis is planning a Back to School Bash in August and Friendsgiving Dinner in November.
